Boat rolling badly on reach, turned away from wind to attempt wheelbarrow to head back to the slip.

Crew unable to drop centreboard, eventually gybed to avoid rocks w Poole YC, capsized onto beach. Couldnt launch into wind without centreboard. towed boat by hand for 1/2 mile to better position to launch. Wind flogged bottom batton out of main, ground hull on groyne.

Ended up exhausted.
