Extra kid crew, choppy 3 ft waves wind constantly changing direction.

New fairlead pos was worse.

Forestay worked loose tied genoa to end of thwart in the end, no rig tension, genoa backwinding badly, also backwinding the main. Tried to furl genoa but it jammed. Just leaned it over all sat on the side and quietly prayed. 

Kids loved it.

Exhilarating even if too close to frightening.
