Wind 12 mph, then sudden
blast as sun went down - Poole YC recorded 43mph gust + 32 mph wind max.
Boat planed with wind astern - didnt dare steer off. Eds bilge pump kept up with leaks. Front sail broke some more - sail loft work needed. Ed in tears - too cold. End of season for us. |
